Pre-defined Compliances

Pre-defined compliances are created by Proactly team and pertain to the following areas

• Income-tax
• GST
• Companies Act
• Profession Tax
• PF
• ESIC

Please note that only most common compliances applicable to large number of businesses have been created. This list is not exhaustive.

It is advisable to go thru this list before creating your own compliances

Actions 

View :  By clicking view, you will be able to see complete details of the compliance, including frequency and dates

Set Reminder Days :  This action will be visible only if  Send Custom Email Reminders is set to Yes in Settings. You can set specific reminder days for each pre-defined compliance.
