Create / Import Compliances
You can create new compliances in this form
| Field | Details |

| Type | Select if it Government Compliance or Internal Compliance |
| Compliance | Short name to describe a compliance |
| Proof Upload Mandatory | If made mandatory , a warning message will be given during Update Compliance if proof is not updated |
| Contribute to Proactly Community ? | If you want to contribute details of a Govt compliance to other users of Proactly, you can check this option. |
| Regulator | Select Regulator for Government compliances. For internal , it is optional |
| Criticality | Select criticality |
| Country | Currently this option is disable with value "India" |
| Description | Short description of the compliance |
| Consequences | Consequences if compliance is not completed or delayed |
Save without Dates
Many a times, due dates of a compliance may not be known at the time of creation. In such a case, click on Save without Dates . such compliances will appear in a separate sub menu Compliance without Dates. From this sub menu, dates can be added later.
Add Compliance Frequency
On clicking Save & Continue , Add Compliance Frequency screen will appear.
Select the frequency of this compliance. Based on selection , number of rows will appear to provide month, day and description
Month : For monthly frequency all 12 months are shown and month field is disabled. For others, you can select the month
Day : Enter the day of the month .
Tip : For monthly frequency ,whatever day you select in the first month, will get replicated in remaining months. However you can edit them.
Similarly for Fortnightly compliance day selected in first row will get replicated in 3rd, 5th and so on. Day selected in second row will get replicated in 4th, 6th so on.
Description : It is advisable to enter description for each row. Example : For quarterly compliance, you may mention "Q1 : April-June"
Weekly Compliances : For Weekly compliances only Day of Week will be asked. in this respect, weekly frequency is different from other type of frequencies
Create | Create & Assign
After completing frequency , click on Create to complete the operation.
In case you want to assign the compliance to entities and maker/checker, click on Create & Assign.
You will be able to select multiple entities , a maker and optionally a checker.
Faster Data Entry
For faster data entry, the following fields are auto-populated with the last value entered by the user during
- Type
- Proof Upload Mandatory
- Regulator
- Criticality
Import Compliances
- Download Sample File
- Update the Sample File with compliances details
- import the file
- if any errors are found, you need to correct them.
- Only if all the records are error-free, import will take place
Alert : Only compliance basic details can be imported. Frequency will have to added manually via Edit sub menu
