Assign to Maker / Checker

Each compliance needs to be assigned to Users :  a maker and optionally to a checker.  

Step 1

Select Entity, Compliance Year ,Type , Role and User Name from respective dropdown

Step 2

Compliances , which are  assigned to selected entity and not yet assigned to any maker / checker  will  be shown.  For ease of use, you can filter the compliances by regulator

When you are assigning compliances to a checker , the table will also show the name of maker.

At this stage, you can select the compliances applicable by ticking checkbox

Click Assign

Step 3

All selected compliances will appear here. You can review them . If you notice any error, you can go back to step 2

If everything is correct. Click Confirm

You will have repeat the process for each maker and checker

For one compliance only 1 maker and 1 checker can be assigned
