Transfer Users

This sub menu can be used to 

1. transfer ALL  compliances for an entity and a compliance period to another user
2. to un-assign a user for an entity and compliance period. To do this you need to select a user 'None"

Conditions before Transfer can take place

1. There should not be any pending approvals and defective compliances
2. If a compliance has a checker, then maker cannot be set to None. First you have to set Checker to None

Impact of Transfer

1. All upcoming and overdue compliances will be transferred from old user to new user
2. All completed compliances will continue to show name of old user

Carry Forward

When one compliance period is over , this sub menu  can be used to transfer all compliances of an entity from one compliance period to another compliance period.

However the following compliances are not carried forward :

1. One Time Compliances and Tasks
2. Weekly Compliances
