Various Sub Menus

Upcoming Compliances

In this sub menu upcoming compliances will appear. By default compliances for days mentioned in settings will be shown. For example, if in settings 7 is given then compliances for next 7 days starting today will appear

You can view Current Month, Next Month or All compliances by selecting required option from dropdown


Overdue

All compliances where due date is less than today's date will appear here in descending order.  While completing such compliances, reason for delay will have to be updated.

Pending Approval

All compliances  which are completed by maker and a checker is assigned will be shown here. This will be visible to checker and maker. However only checker can take action.

The checker can take any of three options

  1. Approve
  2. Reject : While rejecting reason for rejection will have to be entered. An email will go to maker with the rejection details
  3. Edit 

Defective Compliance 

Following compliances will appear here

Maker will have to rectify the error / omission and re-update the compliance

Edit Completed

All compliances completed will appear here for the current compliance period. However, you can change the compliance period from the drop down.

A maker can only view the such compliance and cannot edit.

A checker and Administrator  can edit / revoke  the compliance.

Revoke will delete all completion details and proofs and compliance will again appear in Upcoming or Overdue sub menu

Date Extension

All date extensions carried out by Proactly team for pre-defined compliances and by Admin for other compliances will appear here
